Booking and Cancellation Policy for Villa Giardino degli Ulivi

To confirm your booking, payment is required via credit card or bank transfer. Once your booking request is received, you will receive a secure payment link through the SumUp platform or bank details if you choose to pay via bank transfer.

Choose Your Preferred Payment Option:

Two-stage Payment: 

• 35% of the total amount at the time of booking.
• The remaining 65% must be paid no later than 60 days before the arrival date.

Two-stage Payment (partial at check-in):

• 65% of the total amount at the time of booking.
• The remaining 35% will be settled in person at check-in.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date: no charge. Any amount paid will be fully refunded.
• Cancellation between 59 and 30 days before the arrival date: 35% of the total booking amount will be retained.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date: 65% of the total booking amount will be retained.
• Cancellation less than 10 days before the arrival date or no-show: 100% of the total booking amount will be retained.

To request a cancellation or for more information, please contact us directly –  no justification is required to request a cancellation.
