Our Villa offers a generous 250 square meters of interior space, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 well-appointed bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. On the ground floor, there is a very spacious open space with 2 lounge areas and the dining area, all being harmoniously connected to the outside patio through 2 large sliding windows. Upstairs, there is also a classy living room with a chill area, equipped with a fancy work desk and high-definition monitors, perfect for blending business with pleasure.

On the upper level, you can stroll out onto the backyard garden and onto the terrace encircling the entire property, offering a mesmerizing elevated view of the sea.

Downstairs, you can step out through our sizable sliding doors onto the ample 80-square-meter patio, adjacent to our iconic olive garden. Here, panoramic views and gentle breezes foster a tranquil ambiance, ideal for dining al fresco or unwinding in sheer comfort.
